Firestone Complete Auto Care

Was driving up to Daytona for the day to go to the beach. My car started to sway side to side on the highway and I quickly got to this Firestone. Staff was friendly, and gave me a call when they figured out was wrong. Staff was willing to wait a bit longer during close to allow us to drive home that night. 10/10 would recommend.

Had another appointment with a local shop pulled in said they could not take care of me. Called Firestone Stephen answered the phone right away and said come on in. Service was quick and fast no issues and fair price. The manager Javi was very nice and welcoming.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an outstanding experience thanks to Steven! I originally brought my Audi in because I had a nail in one of my tires, expecting a simple repair. Steven took the time to thoroughly inspect all four tires and clearly explained that they were worn beyond what I had realized. He never pressured me—instead, he was honest, knowledgeable, and genuinely had my safety in mind. I ended up replacing all four tires, and I couldn't be happier with the service. Steven made the entire process smooth and stress-free, kept me informed every step of the way, and treated me with professionalism and respect. It's rare to find someone who truly cares about their customers and goes above and beyond to ensure they're taken care of. If you're looking for exceptional customer service, ask for Steven Viola. He turned what I thought would be a frustrating visit into a fantastic experience. I'll definitely be coming back because of him!

Firestone did two of our cars within 4 ours and we were so happy they where opened as we usually use Goodyear but they are closed on the weekend so it is their loss that we will not be using them anymore after 30 plus years. Steven who works at Firestone was so great and helping us out and the service and great advice was a pleasure to talk and work with us. We are VERY PLEASED we recommend anyone who needs tires and great service to please don't hesitate to go great prices for 4 tires and another 2 tires on our other vehicle. Best employees and service!! A+ all around!!
